Rita Sahakian

Rita is a board-certified adult-geriatric nurse practitioner working at Forum Medical Clinic since 2016. Rita graduated with her Bachelor of Nursing degree at Wayne State University in 2010 and later graduated with her Adult/Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Degree at Oakland University in 2015.

Rita has a vast knowledge and experience in Internal Medicine, ranging from rounding at multiple skilled nursing facilities to hospital patient care. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Rita was a cardiac step-down nurse at St. John Providence Hospital for 6 years. Outside of work, Rita enjoy spending time with her husband, daughter, and their 2 dogs, and traveling.
